To provide clear procedures and ensure employee safety, in the event that Goodwill is unable to be open for normal business hours, for any reason, such as inclement weather, damage or severe threat, etc. Since Goodwill has many locations, each location has a decision and action procedure for closure. Employees should follow the closure information for their individual location. For extenuating circumstances where locations need to be closed for longer periods of time (i.e., pandemic, longer term closure) additional information will be provided to employees directly affected by the incident.
