The purpose of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is to establish a value statement regarding the business and ethical conduct that will form the basis for how Goodwill of Colorado will approach our mission, activities, and people, whether internal or external to Goodwill. Importantly, the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is also intended to deter wrongdoing and to promote, among other things, honest and ethical conduct, and to ensure to the greatest possible extent that Goodwill’s business is conducted in a consistently legal and ethical manner.
This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics states expected norms of behavior at Goodwill; specific departmental rules, policies and best practices also apply. The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics acts as our ethical compass to guide everything we do. For your part, please take the time to read, understand, and promote this Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Goodwill is committed to providing meaningful and sustainable services in fulfilling our mission and delivering value to all of our stakeholders, clients, program participants, employees, volunteers, donors, customers, parents, guardians, providers, suppliers, and other community members.
