The Goal is to move service from the old carrier to Verizon.
- You will know you are on the Old Carrier if your service looks like this
- You will know you are on the New Carrier if your service looks like this
IF at any point during this process, your phone looks like the second photo (showing "Verizon" as the carrier) you have completed the move and you are done!!
Step 1: Connect to Wi-Fi
- Make sure your phone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network before starting the activation process.
Step 2: Power Cycle Your Phone
- Turn your phone completely off.
- Wait a few seconds, then power it back on.
Step 3: Check Service Status

IF your phone still shows SOS or No SIM after restarting:
- Open Settings.
- Look for an alert that says “Set up Cellular”.
- If you see the alert, follow the on-screen instructions and you are done!
Step 4: ONLY NEEDED IF YOU DID NOT HAVE THE SET UP CELLULAR OPTION FROM STEP 3 - Manually Add eSIM
- If there is no alert, go to:

Settings → Cellular and delete ALL active eSims.
- Once all eSims are deleted go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM.
- If you have an option that says "Continue" press that, and follow instructions.
- If you do not have "Continue" option, use the QR code option and scan the QR code.
- Please note: It may take a few minutes for your phone to activate.

Settings → Cellular and delete ALL active eSims.
