If user has physical papers to fax out, they can use the Ricoh printer to email scanned items to themselves.
After that, the user can save the attachments to their desktop or documents folder.
Next, create a new email and send it to the following address [email protected] -- substitute phonenumber with the recipient's actual phone number -- no dashes, no parentheses
Finally, insert the attachment and send it out.
Expect a confirmation email to be sent back to the user.
