The Professional Development Curriculum Maps provide a roadmap for employee growth and career advancement at Goodwill. Organized by department roles the curriculum maps outline the professional development opportunities required for the employees current role and outlines growth opportunities to  aid in advancement.  

Employees are encouraged to partner with their supervisors to identify appropriate learning opportunities and establish realistic timelines for completing required training and development activities. This collaborative approach ensures that individual learning objectives support both professional growth and the evolving needs of the organization
