The Learning & Development Course Catalog serves as a comprehensive guide to the professional development opportunities

 available to Goodwill employees. Designed to support continuous learning, skill development, and career growth, the catalog helps employees create personalized development plans that align with their current responsibilities, future career aspirations, and organizational goals.


Employees are encouraged to partner with their supervisors to identify appropriate learning opportunities and establish realistic timelines for completing required training and development activities. This collaborative approach ensures that individual learning objectives support both professional growth and the evolving needs of the organization.


Professional Development Workshops

Professional Development Workshops provide employees with opportunities to build new skills, strengthen existing competencies, and enhance their leadership effectiveness. These interactive learning experiences are designed to help employees succeed in an evolving workplace while supporting personal and professional growth. Administrative Webinars.

The Management Administrative Webinar Series is designed for both new and experienced managers seeking a deeper understanding of Goodwill's administrative processes and systems. Topics include recruiting, SAP, payroll, employee relations, training, and other essential management responsibilities.

To enroll in a Professional Development Workshop or Administrative Webinar, click the Training Registration Form link or scan the QR code. Once your registration is submitted, an Outlook calendar invitation will be sent to you with the meeting details.


Note: Courses are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment limits. In the event of a cancellation or full enrollment, participants will be automatically registered for the next available session.
