NEW Retail OJTs
The new Retail OJT programs are designed around defined job roles and consolidate multiple workstations within each role into clearly identified skills. The Basic section includes all training required for everyone in the JOB role and now includes DGR training. For example, the Textile OJT now includes both Textiles and Linens as skills, while the Production OJT encompasses all other production week stations. This structure supports cross-training, career development, and more effective asset management.
The OJT Skill Improvements Plan is used to monitor employee progress throughout the initial training period and is also available as a standalone form for ongoing development tracking.
Using the On The Job Training Guides (OJTs)
Document an employee's training in their primary workstation and add to the OJT as they progress through cross training.
Ensure all items are marked complete for the desired skill and the OJT is signed and dated
Upload completed document in UltiPro under the employee's training documents.
