Career Pathways include:
- Caregiver – skills necessary to become a Caregiver and start your career pathway to potentially qualifying for a scholarship to complete your Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) Certification.
- Warehouse and Logistics – skills needed to thrive in warehouse or ecommerce career along with an Association for Supply Chain Management Foundation RISEUP Warehouse, Inventory and Logistics Certification and 21st Century leadership skills
- Retail Operations – skills needed to advance into retail leadership roles along with a National Retail Federation (NRF) Foundation RISEUP Business of Retail Certification and 21st Century leadership skills
- Transportation – skills needed to obtain a Smith’s System Driver certification.
- Continous Improvement - You will learn to apply continuous improvement principles to resolve workflow issues and create an environment where work is done smarter, not harder. Upon fulfillment of course requirements, you will earn a certificate of achievement from the globally recognized American Society for Quality (ASQ).
