The UltiPro/UKG Self Service Portal is Goodwill Employee Information Management System.  

The portal provides you a one stop access to

  • review and update your personal contact information, 
  • your job information, description, history and compensation
  • download your pay statement, change your income tax withholding and download your W-2
  • enroll and view your benefit options.  

The home screen also provides links to important employee resources, such as Information on employee benefits, the Employee Handbook and Policies, Employee Assistance Programs, the Employee Newsletter, the HR Helpdesk, and the Internal Job Board.

Go to our UltiPro Website: N23.ultipro.com  

  • For the mobile app, use the Company Access Code DiscoverGW (case sensitive)” 

Employee Self-Service Portal 

User Name = D + your 6-digit employee ID 

(If ID is less than 6 digits, fill in with zeros.) 

Examples 

If your employee ID is 12345: 

D012345 

If your employee ID is 6789: 

D006789 

Password = Last 4 of Social Security Number Year You Were Born 

Example 

If your SSN is xxx-xx-5678 

You were born in 1993 

56781993 

Useful Tips 

If you will be accessing your account via a mobile device (like a cell phone): 

 Please DO NOT allow the device to store/save your password so that it will be automatically filled in for you each time you log in. 

 Please DO set up a lock code for your device.
